A competent and responsive staff especially the waiter in the restaurant and a warm ambience. Unbeatable and decent location, just next door to Church of Santa Maria Novella. Near to the train station and the prime sites and the river.

The bed in the classic room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel building was very good.- The location of the hotel was incredible, adjacent to all the key sights of Florence, tourist spots, restaurants, and the railway station.

Location was fine. Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and the room was clean. On arrival we didn't have to wait until 14.00 hours, but we could check 2 hours earlier.
Staff at the reception could be a little more customer friendly.
